The purpose of the given project is to create a hotel - tourist complex for placing, having a meal and a leisure organization of the tourists ,tourist groups, holding conferences, symposiums, open-airs and other similar events, providing placing and having a meal of their participants.

Project proposal and an outline sketch of the hotel - tourist complex are developed, calculation of the project at the stage of project proposal is made, the contract with the designer about project documentation on reconstruction object is concluded.

On the territory of the hotel-tourist complex it is proposed to place:

1. the main building which   includes a dining- room, a conference -hall on 75 places, administrative blocks, a rest room, guest rooms.
2. rooms for accommodation:
3. 4 wooden cottage- houses for 4 places each
4. the wooden house with a penthouse for 8-10 places
5. the wooden one-story house for 20 places

The total places for the visitors can be 50-70 and more.
Complex accomplishment of the territory with sports grounds for tennis, volleyball and basketball, children's play ground.
It is offered to place the hire services of bicycles of various kinds, skis and other sports
equipment.
The creating of the picturesque park using the existing plantings, linden and maple avenue, in complex territory is provided. Summer platform, arbours in picturesque places of the complex, a decorative reservoir with the wooden bridge, walking paths, flower beds, benches for the rest are provided on the territory of the park.
Bath placing is provided on the border of the economic and park part of the complex.
Car parking for 20 cars.
